On December 22, 2024, at around 8:13 PM. After completing a delivery. As I was coming down, Harrisburg Officer E Otey was sitting on Fox Meadow. He makes a right turn and begins following me down Harrisburg, and then eventually, he stops me on Highland. This particular police officer stalks me while im doing deliveries. I was falsely arrested and charged with obstruction. Spent 3 days in county jail, Car was impounded and eventually fired from my job do to this officer.
