Note 4-16-2025

Comments on Facebook are saying he was arrested in Kansas and was in jail there, but he was released from jail. His whereabouts after that are currently unknown, but one person commented 3 days ago he was in the Louisiana Jail, but this is unproven. Travis usually uploads regularly to his YouTube channel. Viewers start to wonder what's going on if he hasn't posted in awhile.

About

Info

I travel in my small car and look around the country for inspiration. There is a lot of great stuff to experience in between the cop harassments.

Info

My goals are to keep learning about technology, health, psychology and many other topics. I am learning on my own and not seeking any accreditation's, certifications or degrees. This lack of focus is hurting my future. I prefer to learn a nice broad range of topics, but I understand how this can hurt specializing in any one thing. I currently live in my car due to my lack of focus. I have to learn new and different survival skills sleeping in parking lots in comparison to house dwelling. I'm a little dirtier and a little more poorly fed. But, my health feels great regardless.

Living in my car has been both exciting and frustrating at times. There are the ups and downs that come with the lifestyle. I don't choose to live in my car, my finances have forced me to withdraw as much as possible. Yet, I still can't seem to withdraw enough as I keep watching my savings account continue to dwindle. I have been unable to create income faster than I spend it. Many changes in my life still need to change.

Contempt of Court and Jail Time

Arrested at Knebler Pond on Natchitoches Warrant

May 14, 2025

Info

I was visited by cops 5 times in other states and nothing happened. But on March 31 in Arkansas City, Kansas they said I had a bond revoked for interfering with an officer. They took me to jail in Winfield and then had an extradition hearing on April 3. After that two Natchitoches cops drove me to NPDC. Judge Barber sentenced me to 270 days for missing 3 court dates and violating a bail condition.

Travis's "Daily Roamer" 2004 Ford Focus - END OF LIFE

From Pig Trader: Turns out the friend who stored my car emptied the contents and stored things except a neighbor tried to steal the bike and either the neighbor or police took some cameras. Loaded up and drove away. At Pawnee, Oklahoma the transmission started slipping and he barely made it into this casino. He offloaded everything into a rental car, gave the casino staff his contact info, and spent two nights in a hotel working remotely. He called the Pawnee towing company that towed the car and made a deal to sign over ownership in exchange for towing/storage fees.

Travis's car found in Kansas post-arrest

Pig Trader traveled to Arkansas City and found my car. I met a guy in jail and gave his wife my key. She went to Kneebler Pond but couldn't start my car so she called AAA to tow the car to her place. I called Pig Trader and all I could remember is it was about 2 or 5 miles from the slaughterhouse. Republished with permission from https://www.youtube.com/@talkingtravis6012

Peace Before Extradition from Kneebler Pond

May 10, 2025

Travis writes,

"This is the last video I recorded on March 31 on my phone in Kansas before the Arkansas City cops arrested me and then Natchitoches cops came to get me. The cop interaction is on some gopro cameras that Pig Trader picked up. Now I am in NPDC for 270 days by Judge Barber for 4 counts of contempt of court."

Key Information

Travis Heinze Nachitoches Jail 2022.png
Source: Natchitoches Parish Journal. Travis Heinze Pictured in orange jumpsuit in jail.

Judge #1: Robert Owsley
Judge #2: Barber
Representation: Mixed. Sometimes Travis was forced to represent himself without funds and other times he had a lawyer.
Concerning: January 22 at Natchitoches Parish Library.
Sentencing: 30 days in Natchitoches Parish Detention Center and $411 in Court Costs.

Travis was detained by Natchitoches Police Department for behavior that was alleged "suspicious" by the Library staff who called them to investigate. NPD escalated a civil matter needlessly and demanded Travis's Identification for peacefully sitting and using the library. They invented a narrative. Travis was new to the library and tried to open a few doors and found out they were locked. He didn't know what was behind the doors or where they led. Library's are public buildings and Travis was just using them as any member of the public can do. He lives out of his car and brought some of his belongings with him for his purposes for the day.

It is my opinion that the Library falsely insinuated things against Travis that were unfair, that the Natchitoches Police Department overreacted and violated Travis's Civil Rights demanding his ID for a non-violent civil matter. All they had to do was politely ask for Travis to leave the public building and Travis could then file a civil lawsuit against the Library for violations of his rights. However instead, they chose to retaliate against Travis to protect the library in a conspiracy to deprive Travis of his Constitutionally protected rights.

Travis Top 10 Complaints Against Arresting Officers

List of Arresting Officers: Officer Davis, Officer Favors (Female), Officer Miller

  1. Officers Davis and Favors failed to put their seat belt on me on ride police station, and again before I was taken to the jail, I had to let them know I needed a seat belt for safety.

  2. Officer Miller looked right at my driver’s license, after it was illegally seized, and said, “Hello, Mr Clayborn”. Can the officer not read? Are they comparing me to someone else? This was strange and uncalled for.

  3. Female officer Favor opened my cell door and was going to do some administrative work with me. But I told her this was unusual and bad policy to have female officer enter male jail cells.

  4. My fourth Amendment rights, as a part of the Constitution, were violated upon the demand and arrest for my ID. Officers Davis, Favors, and Miller were all involved in this criminal act.

  5. I had a lot of belongings that were seized from me at the time of my arrest. I even heard Officer Davis discuss on his phone an attempt to seize my laptop. They never made an inventory of my belongings, but they certainly had no problem rifling through my bags and turning off 2 cameras for me.

  6. Officer Davis read me some Miranda Rights, and I said I understand  them. So, he asked me a couple questions, then lost his patience with me and left me in the cell. Later he returns and said that I didn’t agree to my Miranda Rights, or something bizarre like that, which is not true. This requires an explanation why he lied.

  7. While I was locked to a bench in a small jail cell at the police station, for 2 hours, I needed water and a bathroom. But because I said I needed to use the bathroom, Officer Davis put in more of a position to beg to use the bathroom, by claiming I didn't make it clear enough to him that I really needed to use it.

  8. Officer Davis refused to tell me what he was charging me with as he drove me to jail. When he handed his paperwork to the jailor, I then asked the jailor what my criminal charges were and he had no problem telling me.

  9. Officer Davis purposefully killed my phone battery. He was aware enough to stop my video recording at 27 minutes, but continue to leave my phone on until it died. The phone had more battery life for much longer than 27 minutes of recording.

  10. Officer Miller walked without any sense of urgency to the Library doors, from outside. But, he was very urgent to Arrest me over my refusal to hand him my ID.
